Wildcat Predator 4 / 8 & 12 - Disassembly & Cleaning Instructions

Firstly grab the 2 knurled sections on the muzzle end of the mod and unscrew.

This will remove the baffle section from the front of the mod and reveal a stainless steel blast protector.

You can put a 4 mm screwdriver shank or similar through this and grasping the knurled section once again unscrews the inner baffle section revealing the internals.

Next unscrew the bridge section housing the thread that connects to the barrel.

Now push the internals out of the rear tube.

The inner tube unscrews from the rear section.

All parts can be relieved if stuck from over tightening by pouring hot water over the relevant section and retrying to unscrew.

In extreme circumstances grasp the knurled section in a vice protected with timber and then unscrew

All parts can be cleaned with hot soapy water and for more stubborn residue use Brake disc cleaner.

Check all O rings for damage and replace if necessary and re lube with silicone grease

hreads can also be further protected with a smear of Vaseline, Copper slip or a silicone type lubricant.

O-ring replacement kits can be purchased from our agents or direct from UK Custom Shop along with any component parts for conversions or replacement of worn parts.
